With a background in graphic design and illustration, Jason is a multidisciplinary artist with a keen eye for colour and an infectious passion for creativity. He lives and works in Walthamstow, where he’s a popular figure on the local art scene and in the broader community – based at The Mill E17, Jason also runs local life-drawing classes as Make Your Mark. His vibrant murals have led to site-specific commissions with artists including Lothar Gotz and Rebecca Salter, while his collaborations with developers and interior designers have been widely published. His cutting-edge distressed walls feature in homes, bars, restaurants and luxury developments across the UK. A series of his monoprints featured in the Look Up exhibition Duets / Brutal Beauty, alongside work by Josie Molloy; shortly afterwards he joined Josie on the Look Up roster. His experiments in monoprinting are bearing magnificent fruit, and so far he's only scratched the surface...
