Delivery & Returns

Delivery

COVID UPDATE: MAY 2021 // Due to COVID related restrictions and a recent relocation (from London to Haslemere, Surrey) it can currently take longer than normal to despatch new orders. As COVID restrictions begin to ease in the coming months, we hope to send new orders more promptly.

EU ORDERS: MAY 2021 // Orders sent to addresses in the EU may take longer than to arrive than usual, due to Brexit related disruption.

NORMAL SERVICE // If you live in the UK, please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery. If you live outside the UK, please allow up to 20 working days for delivery (although we will try and get your order to you faster, if at all possible). We try and post all orders as quickly as we can, but Look Up is not Amazon: we are a (very) small business so delays can occur. Look Up is not responsible for international duties or taxes in relation to your order: these are your responsibility.

LOST OR DAMAGED // Look Up cannot accept responsibility for parcels damaged during shipping. Risk of loss and damage is passed on to you once the parcel is in the possession of the postal service or courier. If parcels go missing or are returned to Look Up as unclaimed – because the address you provided was incorrect or inaccessible, or because you didn't collect the parcel from a delivery depot in time – additional payment will be required to arrange a second shipping. If we notice the address is incomplete before shipping, we'll do what we can to contact you for the full address.

Handling your print

Each print is carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper before being placed – again, with great care – into a poster tube or envelope. When you receive your order, please make sure you handle the work with great care. If you’ve ordered a larger print and it arrives in a poster tube, the best way to remove the print from the tube without creasing or tearing is to pull carefully on the tissue paper – rather than the print.

Not what you expected?

All images on the Look Up site are as close in colour to the original prints as possible. Monitor settings can vary, so the colours on your screen might be slightly different to the actual print. If there are significant variations within an edition, we’ll warn you on the site – please check individual product descriptions for further information.

If for some reason we’ve sent you the wrong print, please email a picture of the print you’ve received. When we can verify our mistake, we’ll send you the correct print as soon as we’ve received the incorrect order. We’ll also reimburse you for any P&P costs you had to pay when sending back the incorrect order.

Returns Policy

We can assure you that all the prints sold on Look Up are genuine limited edition prints created exclusively for Look Up by the artists on our 'roster'. We think you'll be tickled pink when your order arrives... But if you have any problems with your order, or you'd like to cancel an order, please email us at info@lookupprints.com as soon as possible so we can arrange the return of your artwork(s). Please note that we cannot exchange unwanted orders for other prints on the site: this is to avoid disappointment as Look Up editions tend to be very limited (often as few as 5 per edition), and may have sold out by the time you've changed your mind. If you're returning an order, mark the parcel 'RETURN' and send it to:

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods while in transit. If you decided to return an order by post, please use a reputable, tracked parcel delivery or courier service.

Refunds Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your artwork(s), you can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund (minus P&P charges). To qualify for a refund, the print(s) must be sent back to Look Up in mint condition, in their original protective packaging (please mark the envelope or tube 'RETURN'), accompanied by an original proof of purchase, within 14 days of receiving your order. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
